Our first big update for 2022

New Features:

• Feedback Labels and Test Sets: you can now place sample customers into test sets, assign feedback flags, and use these labeled test sets to analyze performance of Rules and Workflows. Check out our guide here.

• Multi-environment Support: you can now easily import workflows between multiple Modern Logic instances, allowing you to keep completely separate development and production environments.

Workflow imports support separate credentials for your datasources across environments, so importing to production is a seamless experience.

• New Inline Functions: support for text functions like concatenating strings and taking substrings, as well as improved rounding, date functions, and more. Check out our supported functions list.

Updates:

• Slack / Email Notifications: workflows now support notifications after a complete execution, allowing you to send the ultimate outcome (approve, reject, investigate), reasons, and all custom variables in your notifications.

• Fixed Safari issues on workflow editor screens: resolved display issues for Safari users
